2.5 mm thick axial, coronal and sagittal images were obtained through the facial bones without intravenous contrast.
Findings:
No fracture or dislocation is identified. The orbits, extra-ocular muscles and optic nerves are normal in appearance. The paranasal sinuses are clear. No soft tissue defects or inflammatory changes are identified.
Impression:
1. Normal CT of the facial bones
2. No acute osseous abnormality
